Lecturer in Theory of History and Methodology of History at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Unirio). Ph.D. candidate in Literary Studies at Universidade Adam Mickiewicz (2020-) with research stays at Universidade La Sapienza de Roma and Universidade de Ghent. He earned his PhD (2023) and MA (2017) in Social History of Political Relations from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, where he also received his BA in History (2013). His research interests include Theory of History and Philosophy of History (fundamental categories of historical thought, experimental history, ethics and metaethics in historical thinking), History of Brazilian Historical Thought (the idea of miscegenation in Brazil), and History of Brazilian literary and social thought. He produced, directed, and edited the YouTube video series Crise e Historicidade e Filosofias da História no Brasil in collaboration with HHMagazine. Was a doctoral fellow in the TEAM project “Core Concepts of Historical Thinking” at Fundação Polonesa de Ciência (FNP). He is the executive editor of Revista de Teoria da História (ISSN: ISSN) published by Universidade Federal de Goiás.
