
Biography:
Adjunct Professor of Theory and Philosophy of History at UNIRIO. PhD (2017), Master’s degree (2013) and Bachelor’s degree (2010) in History from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). Completed doctoral internship at Université Paris VII – Denis Diderot, France (2013-2014), and sandwich doctorate at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS-Paris), France (2015-2016); served as a researcher and lecturer (post-doctoral) at PPGH-UFES (2017-2021); visited researcher in the Department of Japanese Philosophy at Universidade de Quioto, Japan (2022); researcher (post-doctoral) at PPGH of UNESP – Franca Campus (2023). I work in Theory and Philosophy of History; Philosophy of Time; History of Ideas and Concepts; European, Brazilian, and Asian Intellectual Studies from an Intercultural Perspective. My interests include ontology, epistemology, and metaphysics (existence, representation, and reality of the past), logic of time, theories of translation, and intellectual history. I am a member of Sociedade Brasileira de Teoria e História da Historiografia (SBTHH) and part of the International Network for Theory of History (INTH). I am a member of the Interdisciplinary Center for Theoretical Studies (NIET) and executive editor of Revista de Teoria da História (UFG).
