Since December 2015, she has been a Full-Time Professor-Researcher A at the Instituto de Ciências Sociais e Humanidades “Alfonso Vélez Pliego” (ICSyH) of the Benemérita Universidade Autónoma de Puebla, Mexico. Since 2017, she has been part of the National System of Researchers (SNI) and, since the same year, she holds the Desired Profile PRODEP and is a member of the Humanities Researcher Standard of the BUAP. She completed her doctoral studies at the Universidade Witten-Herdecke, Germany (Advisor: Prof. Jörn Rüsen). From 2009 to 2014, she was a lecturer at the universities of Cologne and Heinrich-Heine in Düsseldorf, Germany. In 2019, she coordinated the book entitled Racismo, corpo e violência na América Latina, Ediciones del Lirio. In 2022, she co-organized at ICSyH, BUAP, the Congress of the Rede Internacional de Teoria da História. Her research lines in the field of history theory are mainly: Italian microhistory, cultural, transnational and conceptual history, feminist theories of the XX century and historiographical development, centuries XX-XXI.
